Order Availability by Location

🇵🇭 Philippines

  • ✅ Bulk Orders – Accepted

  • ✅ Bulk + Custom Orders – Accepted

  • ❌ Custom Single-Item Orders – Not accepted

Custom printing within the Philippines is available only for bulk orders. We do not process custom designs for single-item orders.

All Other Countries

  • ✅ Custom Orders (single item or bulk)

  • ✅ Bulk Orders

  • ✅ Bulk + Custom Orders

Availability may vary depending on product type and production capacity, but we will review each request carefully.

How to Place a Bulk or Custom Order

Email Subject (Required Format)

Use the format below. Replace the words in quotation marks based on your order:

  • “Bulk – Philippines”

  • “Bulk & Custom – Philippines”

Example: Bulk & Custom – Australia

Email Body – Required Information

Please include as much detail as possible in your email. Incomplete requests may delay processing.

Do NOT include shipping details yet — we will contact you for that once the order is reviewed.

Include the following:

  1. Country of order

  2. Order type (Bulk, Custom, or Bulk & Custom)

  3. Garment type

    • (e.g., t-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, cap, tote bag, etc.)

  4. Quantity

    • Total quantity

    • Breakdown per size (XS–XXL, etc.)

  5. Garment color(s)

  6. Custom design details

    • Design concept or description

    • Text content (exact wording)

    • Placement (front, back, sleeve, chest, etc.)

  7. Preferred print type

    • (e.g., embroidery, DTG, DTF — if known)

  8. Target date needed

  9. Your contact details

We will reach out if additional information is required to complete and finalize your order.

Design File & Image Attachment Guidelines

Please attach your design files following Printify-compatible standards to ensure print quality:

  • Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF

  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI

  • Color mode: RGB

  • Background: Transparent (PNG recommended)

  • Artwork size: Match or exceed intended print area

  • Text: Ensure fonts are readable and outlined if possible

  • No screenshots or low-resolution images

If you do not have a final design, you may still submit a design concept or reference, and we will advise if adjustments are needed.

Lead Time & Production

  • Please allow 15–20 days lead time before your required date.

  • Production begins only after design approval and confirmation.

  • Lead time may vary depending on order size, complexity, and product availability.
